Service Description
The $125 rate is reserved for bridesmaids within a bridal party booking. Clients who book under the $125 option but are not part of a bridal party (4+) will have their service adjusted to the $140 standard rate. Refusal to pay the adjusted rate will result in forfeiture of the retainer and cancellation of the appointment. Please arrive with a clean face free of makeup or residue. A light moisturizer is acceptable, but please avoid sunscreen before your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
All appointments require a non-refundable, non-transferable retainer to secure the booking. The appointment is not confirmed until the retainer is received. The remaining balance must be paid at the time of the appointment unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods are Interac e-Transfer or cash. Cancellation & No-Show Policy Clients must provide at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in forfeiture of the retainer. Failure to appear at the scheduled time is considered a no-show and the retainer will be forfeited. The Service Provider is not responsible for transportation costs, scheduling conflicts, or disappointment resulting from refusal of service due to violation of booking policies. Rescheduling Rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours in advance and is subject to availability. Retainers are not transferable to another date. In circumstances beyond the Client’s control, rescheduling may be allowed at the Service Provider’s sole discretion on a case-by-case basis. Service Policies Clients must arrive with a clean face free of makeup or residue. Light moisturizer is acceptable. No sunscreen. Prom pricing requires a valid current high school ID. If not provided, the service will be upgraded to the standard rate. Refusal to pay the adjusted rate will result in forfeiture of the retainer and cancellation of the appointment. Discounted pricing is reserved for confirmed bridal party bookings only. Incorrect bookings will be adjusted to the standard rate. Alterations & Responsibility Once services are completed, the Service Provider is not responsible for changes made by the Client or third parties. Corrections may incur additional charges. The Service Provider’s kit remains her property. The Client is responsible for any damage caused by themselves or guests. Liability The Service Provider is not liable for wear affected by skin type, weather, tears, perspiration, undisclosed allergies, delays caused by others, or changes after completion. Liability shall not exceed the amount paid. Travel & Mobile Travel fees may apply. Client must provide a clean, safe, well-lit workspace with access to power. Image Use Photos of completed work may be used for portfolio and marketing. Personal information will not be shared. Entire Agreement Booking confirms acceptance of all terms.
