Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable and non-transferable retainer of 30% of the total services is required to reserve your wedding date. The date is not secured until the signed agreement and retainer are received. The remaining balance must be paid in full 48 hours before the wedding date. Late payments may be subject to a $50 fee. Accepted payment methods are Interac e-Transfer or cash unless otherwise agreed. The retainer secures the date exclusively. If the Client cancels at any time, the retainer is forfeited. If cancellation occurs after the bridal trial or after expenses have been incurred, the Client agrees to reimburse the Service Provider for any reasonable costs including products, travel, assistants, or accommodations. All cancellations must be in writing. Changes to the number of services must be made as early as possible. The Service Provider reserves the right to adjust the timeline or require an assistant artist if needed to complete services on time. The Client is responsible for ensuring all members of the bridal party are ready at their scheduled time. Delays caused by the Client, bridal party, or other vendors are not the responsibility of the Service Provider. Mobile services require a clean, well-lit workspace with access to seating and electrical outlets. Travel fees may apply depending on location. Once services are completed, the Service Provider is not responsible for changes made by the Client or third parties. Makeup wear may vary due to skin type, weather, tears, or perspiration. The Client must disclose any allergies or sensitivities before the service. Liability shall not exceed the total amount paid. The Service Provider may use photos of completed work for portfolio or marketing purposes. Personal information will never be shared. Payment of the retainer confirms that the Client has read and agreed to these terms. The full contract will be provided prior to final booking.
